Finance & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities
· Receive and process all receipts and payments including purchase orders, invoices, payroll, expenses claims forms, CPF, tax claims and other requests;
· check, carry out reconciliations, and input codes for posting into the general ledgers of the Accounts System (MYOB);
· Reconcile account postings of project event budgets;
· Handle daily and weekly petty cash transactions and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis; and
· Support the department in departmental admin.
· Provide support to the HR & Admin Manager. This could include:
· scheduling appointments and meetings etc.
· Manage leave calendar and filing systems.
· To procure general office items.
· Assist in the planning of staff activities
· Office assets and equipment management including photocopier and computers
· Research and call government departments for information
· Ensure that all contract staff and new hires are properly set up with computers
· Maintain inventory / control on office stationery and other essentials
Requirements:
· Singaporean and Singapore PR.
· Fast learner, independent, organized, energetic, a team player;
· Good organisation and administrative skills;
· An eye for detail, and tidy bookkeeping;
· Good oral and written communication skills;
· Independent with initiative to manage his/her time effectively to meet deadlines;
Qualifications
· Diploma / Degree in Accounting from a reputable institution;
· Preferably with at least 1-2 years’ experience in financial and management accounting, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
· Excellent computer skills, to include MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook; and
· Knowledge with MYOB Accounting System will be an additional advantage.
